Shipping Policy

All orders placed through https://shop.hartfordflavor.com/ are fulfilled by licensed retail partners authorized to sell and ship alcoholic beverages. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that both the shipping and receiving states permit the sale and delivery of alcohol.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped by licensed retailers in the Bevstack network once accepted. Orders are not confirmed until shipment has been initiated. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Adult Signature Required

An adult 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for delivery of all alcohol shipments. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. If no adult is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package to the sender.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for your order transfer to you once the product is accepted by the carrier for delivery. Hartford Flavor Company & Wild Moon and its retail partners are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs after the package leaves the retailer’s facility.

Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Failures

If you provide an incorrect address or fail to sign for your order upon delivery, please email service@hartfordflavor.com. If the order is returned to sender, you may be eligible for a refund minus shipping costs and a restocking fee, in accordance with Section 25.4 – Failure to Deliver of our Terms of Service.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact service@hartfordflavor.com within 3 days of delivery, including photos or video of the issue. Refunds or replacements are reviewed and processed under Section 25.3 – Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods of our Terms of Service.

Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all applicable state and federal laws regarding the shipment of alcoholic beverages. At this time, we only ship where legally permitted within the United States. Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled may be canceled and refunded.
