Refund policy

Alcohol orders are fulfilled by licensed retailers. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email service@hartfordflavor.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or video of the issue. We will review your request and notify you by email if a refund or replacement is approved. (Requests submitted after 3 days cannot be considered.)

Failure to deliver (wrong address / missed signature): If your order is returned to sender because an incorrect address was provided or delivery/signature was missed, email service@hartfordflavor.com. You may receive a refund of the item cost minus applicable shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/issuer.
